The Helix Nebula, also known as The Helix, NGC 7293, is a large planetary nebula located in the constellation Aquarius at an estimated distance of 700 light-years.
This is one of the largest planetary nebula: With 15' diameter, the apparent size is about 1/2 the full moon.
